Subscription Terms

Business service

SubCon Systems is provided for businesses and people acting for a business. By creating an account, you confirm that you have authority to act for that business and that the account information you provide is accurate.

Trial, price and renewal

Eligible new accounts receive the trial period shown at checkout. A payment method is collected during checkout, but the first monthly subscription fee is due only when the trial ends. The plan price, billing interval and any applicable tax are shown before confirmation.

After the trial, the subscription renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel through Billing before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period unless the service tells you otherwise.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for authorised users, protecting sign-in details and promptly telling us about suspected unauthorised access. You must not share access outside your business or use another customer's account.

Your information and documents

You retain responsibility for the project, customer, supplier and document information entered into the service. You confirm that you have a lawful basis to use that information and permission to upload it. You must review generated documents and outputs before relying on or sending them.

No professional advice

SubCon Systems supports administration and record keeping. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, health and safety, engineering or technical specification advice. Your business remains responsible for contracts, calculations, project decisions, manufacturer instructions, legal compliance and professional advice required for each job.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, infringe another person's rights, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve or change the service and plan features. We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material subscription changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where payment is overdue, security is at risk, these terms are materially breached, or continued use could harm the service or another person. You may cancel your subscription through Billing.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, each business is responsible for losses caused by its own acts, omissions, data and project decisions.
